What’s the best thing about working here? The craic is good, with the staff and the customers.
And the worst? Having to get up in the mornings.
Favourite cut of meat? Strip loin steak.
Favourite sandwich? Salad with a bit of chicken.
Hobbies and interests? Reading and crosswords. Also walking, but I don’t get out as much as I should.
Soccer or GAA? GAA all the way. I’m originally from Armagh, so it’s Armagh county and the local club, St Mary’s.
How many more years will it be before Louth wins another All-Ireland? I’ll be in Ballapousta - in the cemetery!
Eastenders or Coronation Street? Coronation Street. My husband says it’s a load of crap, but I enjoy watching it.
Kanye West or Daniel O’Donnell? Neither. I like Garth Brooks.
One thing that Callaghans’ customers mightn’t know about you? I could tell you loads of stuff, but I won’t. No, there’s very little they don’t know.
Most memorable holiday? Puerto Rico, Gran Canaria. I absolutely love it.
Biggest holiday disaster? Madeira. I ended up in casualty and my husband got food poisoning.
Saturday night, out on the town or home with the telly? Home with the telly. I’m not one of these night owls.
Favourite TV personality? Mrs Brown.
Fantasy date? Richard Gere.
Fantasy job? A nurse. It’s something I always wanted to do.

Who in the world do you most admire? Brendan Faulkner who owns the Railway Bar. He’s an absolute gentleman and a very generous person and he puts a lot of work into his business.
