Our award winning puddings and sausages tell their own story purely by their taste!

Both our black and white puddings have come first in competitions in Ireland three times each in the last ten years. Our pork and specialty sausages have both won the North and Eastern region competitions, and have won gold at National level.

All of our puddings and sausages are hand made in store. They are truly an artisan product.

White Pudding

Our white pudding is made with fresh pork, onions, leeks, barley, and our secret blend of ingredients with the famous spicy kick!

Black Pudding

Our black pudding is probably the hardest product we make. At the last count there are over fifteen ingredients, herbs, spices, pork fat, bacon fat, fresh fruit and again some things we can't tell you!

Pot óg Dubh

Pot óg Dubh is black pudding in a loaf and is proving to be a huge hit. For hundreds of years Irish people have made black pudding in the bread loaf tin. The pig was usually processed in September or October, after the long summer of plenty. Into the mix went spices and any produce, like celery stock, apple, potatoes, dried bacon and anything to bulk it up. When cooked and sliced and fried it was a tasty meal in itself.
