New for 2017! Salt & Chilli Chicken

Oven Cook. Ideal for a main or starter, snack food, party taster (on cocktail sticks), or served with a dipping sauce & side salad ... very tasty !!! Oven heated with tin foil for 20 minutes at 180c and then 5 more minutes without foil ... used the delicious juices from the tray to stir fry some noodles in the wok... served together - hot & tasty !!!

Pulled Pork

Our Pulled Porkis rubbed with our own spice blend and then packed into an easy-cook oven bag and sealed. What this does is reduce cooking time and retain all of the juices and flavour. A piece of 3lb takes 2½ hours @ 180°C. When the bag is open,simply pull apart with two forks and serve in a bap, roll, wrap or pitta with some crispy salad and a spicy mayo. As near to food heaven as you can get!

Pulled Beef

Callaghan's Pulled Beef is a truly gastro experience. Again, sealed in a cook-in bag @ 180°C for 2½ - 3 hours. The cut we use is brisket beef, which is lean with a bit of marbling, but an amazing piece of beef when slow cooked or cooked in a bag with our own beef spice rub. Server in a bap with rocket, lettuce and an onion marmalade.

Hint: To make onion marmalade - sweat a red onion in butter on the pan with a sprinkle of star anise and a ½ teaspoon of sugar!

Mediterranean Loin of Pork

Loin pork stuffed with parsley, onion, sundried tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and garlic, wrapped in smoked bacon!

Leg of Lamb in Honey & Mint

Buttery leg of lamb (boned out on the flat), infused with honey and mint. Fantastic done on the barbeque, or slow-roasted in the oven. A lovely & tasty roast, even in the summer!

Beef Wellington

Made in-store with puff pastry, local fillet of beef covered in our homemade chicken paté and rolled in mushroom stuffing.

Spatchcock Chicken

Whole chicken, split down the middle and marinated in piri piri. Barbequed or quick-roasted in an oven. Very tasty!

Chicken Florentine

Chicken breast stuffed with mozzarella, sundried tomatoes, garlic and herbs, wrapped in puff pastry.
